Return & Refund Policy

At Dela’s Doggy Desserts, our goal is happy pets and happy humans. We know sometimes things don’t go as planned, so here’s how we handle returns and refunds across our bakery, boutique, and events.


Bakery Items

Because our cakes, cupcakes, treats, and raw bar items are perishable and custom-made with care, all bakery purchases are final sale.

  • If there is an issue with your order, please reach out right away—we’ll always do our best to find a solution that works for both of us.


Boutique & Retail Items

We want you and your pets to love what you buy!

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be in resellable condition. For example, if a harness didn’t fit, you may return it with the packaging, even if it’s been tried on.

  • Refunds can be issued to the original payment method, as store credit, or exchanged for another item—your choice.

  • Defective or damaged items can be exchanged when available, or refunded if not.

  • Partial refunds may be offered if only part of an order is affected.

  • Returns are in-store only; please contact us before bringing items back.


Paid Events

(Examples: Date Night with Your Dog, Pancakes with Your Pup, Doggy Carnival, etc.)

  • Refunds are available if cancellations are made at least 5 days in advance.

  • Cancellations within 5 days of the event are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may be given as original payment, store credit, or transfer to a future event (when possible).

Note: Event space rentals and private party bookings have their own separate agreement with specific cancellation policies.


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us by phone or email to let us know what you’d like to return.

  2. Bring the item (and packaging if applicable) to our store.

  3. We’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit on the spot.
