Dela’s Doggy Desserts LLC

 This agreement is between Dela’s Doggy Desserts LLC
("Host") and the undersigned individual ("Celebration
Coordinator") for the use of the Dela’s Doggy Desserts event space for a
private event involving dogs and their guardians.

By signing this agreement, the Celebration Coordinator
acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Dog Behavior & Supervision

All dogs must be well-socialized, non-aggressive, and under
the control of their owner or handler at all times.

Dogs may be off-leash only in the designated indoor event
space and the enclosed backyard area, at the discretion of the Celebration
Coordinator. In all other areas of the facility (including the front yard,
boutique, or shared public spaces), dogs must be leashed, harnessed, or crated.

The Celebration Coordinator certifies that their dog(s), as well as any dog(s) belonging to invited guests, are current on vaccinations and free of parasites.

2. Assumption of Risk

The Celebration Coordinator understands and accepts that the
event space is a free-play environment without supervision from Dela’s Doggy
Desserts staff.

Participation in off-leash play carries inherent risks.
These may include, but are not limited to: minor injuries (cuts, abrasions,
broken nails), communicable illnesses (e.g. kennel cough, papilloma virus,
intestinal parasites), and behavioral conflicts.

By using the space, the Celebration Coordinator assumes all
responsibility and risk associated with their own dog(s) and those of their
guests.

 3. Liability and Indemnification

The Celebration Coordinator agrees to indemnify and hold
harmless Dela’s Doggy Desserts LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from
any and all claims, damages, or injuries resulting from the actions of their
dog(s), their guests, or their guests’ dog(s).

The Celebration Coordinator accepts full responsibility for
any damage to property or injury to persons or animals caused by attendees at
the event.

4. Clean-Up Responsibilities

The Celebration Coordinator is responsible for complete
clean-up at the end of the event, including:

Removal of decorations, food, trash, and personal
belongings.

Immediate clean-up of all pet waste during the event.

Poop-scoop service is not provided by Dela’s Doggy Desserts
staff.

5. Property Damage

The Celebration Coordinator is fully responsible for the
cost of repair or replacement of any facility property damaged by themselves,
their guests, or any dogs attending the event.

 6. Photography Release

The Celebration Coordinator grants permission to Dela’s
Doggy Desserts LLC to photograph or record video during the event. These images
may be used for marketing or promotional purposes without compensation, unless
a written request for exclusion is submitted prior to the event.

 7. Payment & Reservation Terms

Once party details are confirmed, the Celebration
Coordinator will be issued an invoice and agreement. A deposit of 50% (or full
payment if agreed upon) and a signed agreement are required within 72 hours to
reserve the party date and time.

 If not received within 72 hours, the Host may release the
date to other customers.

If only a deposit is paid initially, the remaining balance
is due within 7 days of the event.

 8. Cancellation Policy

Bakery items and event space rental may be canceled with at
least 48 hours' notice for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event or order
will result in a 50% refund for the event space rental. Bakery items are
non-refundable after the 48-hour window.

Cancellations due to inclement weather are not eligible for
a refund.

9. Rental Fee Agreement

The Celebration Coordinator agrees to the total rental fee
as outlined in their selected package and any additional a-la-carte services.

Payment must be made in person or online no later than 7
days prior to the event.

 10. Binding Agreement

By signing below, the Celebration Coordinator acknowledges
that they have read and understand this agreement in full and agree to abide by
all terms. This agreement shall be binding upon the Celebration Coordinator and
their heirs, representatives, and assigns.
