Dela's Doggy Desserts — Bakery & Shop Assistant
Approximately 5-10 hours/week | Flexible scheduling within our open hours | Starting at $12/hour

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented helper to support our bakery and shop operations. This is a great fit if you're looking for a little extra income with the freedom to set your own schedule (as long as it falls within our business hours) — not a full-time or traditional part-time role.

What you'll be doing:

Bakery Support

• Check and refill piping bags/tools in the fridge as needed
• Mash and prep ripe bananas for recipes
• Bake or prep items running low in inventory
• Finish touches on donuts, dogos, and s'mores treats
• Update baked goods inventory
• Put away tips and frosting bags

Shop & Store Upkeep

• Stamp, fold, and stock bakery boxes and paper bags to preset totals
• Fold tissue paper and stock sticker/plastic bags
• Check and restock the treat bar and raw bar
• Clean the bakery case (top, front, glass)
• Feed our shop cats 
• Break down and recycle empty boxes; take out garbage; bring in cans
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop the kitchen
• Clean the bathroom (including floor)
• Monthly: mop all hardwood, deep-clean the pet fountain, dust display shelves

What we're looking for:
Someone dependable, comfortable with light physical tasks (lifting, cleaning, standing), and who enjoys being around dogs and a fast-paced small-business environment. No baking experience required — we'll train you!
